The random fact is that shoes/sneakers weren't in such popular demand back in the day. If you got a pair, one pair of sneakers it had to last you at least 9-12 months or more in some cases. My mom wasn't buying me sneakers like that!?So I would get a pair of canvas pro-keds, and I would DAWG them to the ground!!! So my mom wouldn't?buy me another pair until the beginning of the new school year, so she would go to the store and buy white shoe polish and make my comme des garcons converse bad boys new.
The reality was, that they looked new from far, but whn you got close, you can see the horrible white streaks from white polish all over the shoe, we did it because we were poor. So now they do because their rich? I converse high tops guess times have really changed?! If you haven't noticed, pink sneakers are everywhere this spring.
